About Our Family

Our family purchased this condo in September 2020 and recently remodeled the entire unit. We are all very excited to be part of the Pointe Santo community and offer our property to others to enjoy.

Once we are retired, our long-term vision is to spend more time on Sanibel and enjoy all the beauty the island has to offer. We take pride in keeping our condo updated, clean, and well-stocked so it has all of the conveniences of your own home.

We chose Pointe Santo due to its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and all of the amenities it had to offer. The grounds are beautiful and are very well kept. The staff is wonderful and is so family-oriented.

The main benefits of our condo are that it has a Gulf-side pool and whirlpool, a clubhouse, 2 tennis courts, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, and a supervised children’s program. The lagoon is crisscrossed by quaint bridges and walkways, Tiki huts, and BBQ grills.
