Pointe Santo will be open for vacation rentals starting Feb 1, 2025!

The pool anticipated date is January 2025, but this is not guaranteed.
Landscaping work will continue through the beginning of 2025.
The elevator is anticipated to be working by the end of 2024, but not guaranteed.
Some construction will be going on.

Based on all of these conditions, rates will be discounted until the majority of construction is complete.

Welcome to Sanibel Island and the Pointe Santo community. Come and enjoy this new listing (hence no reviews!). Purchased in September, 2020, and fully renovated in 2024. Our beachside condo includes all new cabinetry, fixtures, stainless steel appliances, carpet, furniture, mattresses, bedding, and was freshly painted and tastefully decorated.

This corner unit on the 2nd floor offers an open floor plan where your family and friends can congregate to cook, socialize, watch TV, dine (or play games) at the dining table – which extends with a leaf (6 chairs). You can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico from the lanai with picturesque views of the Gulf. You can access the lanai from both the living room and the master bedroom.

Spend a day at the farmer’s market open on Sunday from 1-8 pm (Oct–May) and make a freshly cooked meal in the well-stocked kitchen or enjoy many of the great restaurants on the island. We have many local restaurant menus in the cabinet if you decide to eat in for a quiet night at home or dine out.

All rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
